I've been driving to Nachomamas for a long time. My sister took some food was addressed by a lady with an I pad with orders and ordered 2 chicken burritos and one half chicken. My sister just said two chickens Burritos. When she came home, we opened the Burritos and there was no chicken on the Burrito. So yesterday I went by and talked to the manager and he pulled out the Hurop notebook, I guess? When she messed up something and he was very nice, but there was a woman who wasn't very nice when I said I can't believe you can't give me a refund for the Burritos she was next to herself and what do you mean? I was like lady, I'm a customer you don't treat like that. She left. I think she thinks she's the owner of Nacho Mamas, but she was a real idiot for me. Maybe she's the owner? The manager was extremely helpful and could give me a gift certificate that I really appreciated because I didn't have the reception with me. The manager treated the situation with grace and dignity. If there was this lady who treated the situation I would? ve gave a star, but since the manager treated it very well, I had to give five stars. Nacho mamas have a great administration with your restaurant. Thank you very much for treating this.
This place is amazing! I recommend the Tacos, all the Salsa and the Nachos Nuevo, although honestly everything that is amazing. You have tons of ingenious gluten-free options, and you can go margaritas! The drive-thru can be really busy, so they split it into two lines at peak times. Make sure you read the characters and listen to the staff. Check the menu online before you go because you are prompted to order before you get to the menu, and if you are in the outer lane, you will not be able to see the menu anyway. Once you end up paying, they will ask if you want salsa. Say yes! You get small pattern sizes so you can try a bunch of types of salsa at once!
