Food and service was amazing. The manager was the vibe of the house with great interactions with the customers which made the evening enjoyable and pleasant.We got the nachos with the pulled pork for the entree and it was probably the best pulled pork I had eating out. It was very tender and juicy while also well balanced in the flavour being not overpoweringly sweet or salty. The nachos were also very good with great balance of cheese to tortilla chips and was spread out evenly. It was very well thought out where the pulled pork was placed at the bottom to ensure that the tortilla chips do not get soggy.For the mains, we had the Enchilada New Mexico with beef and the vegetarian fajitas. I had a fantastic dining experience here! The queen would be proud of the crispy dishes. The non-alcoholic margaritas were delightful, especially with the lime flavor. The sticky date pudding was wonderfully moist, while the flan was a bit too dense for my liking. I felt that the whipped cream didn't quite lighten it up, but a scoop of vanilla ice cream could have helped. Overall, I was really impressed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely return when I'm craving Mexican food!
This is a fantastic restaurant! We've been coming from Sydney for 10 years and absolutely love it. We haven't found a Mexican restaurant as good in either Melbourne or Sydney. Claire and her team run a wonderful establishment. We always look forward to visiting. As a business owner in Sydney, I appreciate how friendly everyone is, and the food and drinks are outstanding. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the team at Nachos Cantina — you truly are amazing!
it's been a past since I was here and was disappointed that it's downhill. Hopefully, only a bad night, so I'll give it another try, but this one will visit. The service was excellent. I was sad that I could not finish my desert, or so I thought, until it arrived at the table.
