Great friendly staff at the bar and nice bar food Unfortunately our food was brought to the table in an incredibly rude manner. The chap told us he was going to bring a brush over so our children could sweep the table in the pod near the sandpit. We advised him it was made by the children who had been at that table previous. I do wonder if that sandpit is more hassle than it’s worth there We ate our food and left quickly. It’s unfortunate how one person can have such a negative impact on what is a nice place. He’s clearly had a bad day (we heard him being terse with another member of staff) and I hope he’s ok But unlikely we’ll be back, next time we’ll head to the dragon.
small menu, but very well made. selection of currys and hot Sizzling dishes. fishpakoras were sublime, crunchy broken teig with fluffy fishing. selection of wines and beer for selection. even if not on the menu, I have two soft and crispy chappattis, delicious. great parking spaces with a large outdoor seating area next to the picturesque canal and great to have a pint and catch the sun. can't blame it. pick up a paddle board and visit them or even the strange barge swim by.
I have just spent a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Naveed with my partner. The place is very clean, attentive and polite staff and the food was absolutely beautiful throughout. A good choice of drinks and a nice outdoor drinking area next to the canal. We will most definitely be attending again
