beyond frustrated with the quality and quantity of food here. I have always seen this place pop up when searching for a Mediterranean place. I thought of trying since the reviews were good. I ordered the build-you-own plate and looking at the picture of the food it seemed the quantity would be sufficient. I went to pick up the food at around 5 pm when usually the place should be full or at least have a lot of people but, there was hardly anyone. The customer service at this restaurant was the worst. The manager was rude and refused to listen to my concerns. I tried to use a coupon for 4 hummus falafel bowls that was not working on the app, even though it stated in my email that it could be redeemed in store. When I showed the barcode to the cashier, it said it had already been redeemed, which was not true since the app was not working. The manager accused me of lying and using someone else's code, and refused to help resolve the issue. I am a regular customer at this location, but after this experience, I will not be returning and will not recommend this restaurant to others.
