Los platos muy cuidados, materia prima, presentaciones y temperaturas. Texturas y sabores muy coordinados. Servicio muy atento y cuidado. Por poner 2 pegas, carta de vinos muy corta, y los precios elevados.

We have had a wonderful dinner: from food to service, it has been all magnificent. wagyu gyozas, caribe roll, foie and red fruits and the very good muchis.
