Tried the tonkotsu ramen. The broth and noodles were good, but the toppings (egg and chase) were a little bland. The egg was also slightly over cooked. Came in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised, but I don’t think I would come here again if I were craving ramen unless i happened to already be in the area. The first time we visited this Japanese bistro. It was an absolutely an excellent experience, the ramen and all the dishes we ordered were to die for. This is my favorite ramen shop in the area. The prices are great for the value you receive. I highly recommend trying the rice balls; they are delicious and come with a generous amount of filling. Réservez une table maintenant
This was the best ramen I have ever had! The staff prepared my order quickly and the presentation was lovely when it was brought to the table. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The flavor of the Las Carnitas Ramen was lacking and the Chashu Omusubi lacked sauce and flavor, except on the outer layer.

the rice is okay. but the black tea is not fresh somehow, it has no tea favor but sour, like from last night
