Ich muss leider einen Stern geben, da es sonst nicht möglich ist ein rezesion schreiben verdient wäre eigentlich keiner. Es war mein erstes Mal in diesem Restaurant, da ich es gerne ausprobieren wollte. Wir wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin bedient und haben extra nach der Suppe gefragt welche es gibt und wie sie ist. Als wir sie dann bekommen haben, war sie kalt und extrem salzig. Man konnte sie wirklich nicht essen, es war wie Wasser mit Salz. Daraufhin haben wir eine andere Mitarbeiterin gefragt, ob es normal ist, dass die Suppe so salzig ist, und sie meinte einfach nur, ja. Da es unser erster Besuch war, hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man uns vorher darauf hinweist, damit wir etwas anderes...
Leider eine völlige Enttäuschung. Die gyoza waren geschmacklich und von der Textur verdächtig nahe an denen vom Supermarkt. Die Ramen hatten neben Fleisch und Fertig-Nudeln nicht viel weiter zu bieten, kein frisches Gemüse ohne Aufpreis, eine wässrige Brühe mit gefühlten Geschmacksverstärkern. Service war sehr nett und bemüht, Ambiente sehr ungemütlich. Hat leider nicht viel mit einer authentischen Ramen zu tun. 70CHF für den Hugo.
Authentic ramen is 3 things: the broth, the egg, and the chashu. Unfortunately, such simple standards in Japan are often missed abroad. Namamen fails on all 3, which to be honest is par for the course in Switzerland, even for a well reviewed ramen restaurant.
If you really like Ramen And had some very good ramens in your life you will not like this place. Ramen there is not that special, egg is too hard boiled, the soup itself gmdoesnt have this proper ramen soup thickness.

Unfortunately, ramen had no taste. The soup was bland and not fresh. The vegetables too. The bamboo shoots tasted like they came from a can. Shame about the money.
Waitress was simply superb. Open place with the possibility to seat in bar or table. Good variety of ramen soups and side dishes. I’ll come back for sure!
It was really good, unfortunately I ordered a soup that I didn't like, but the others liked it. What tastes are like.
