The owner of this restaurant told me that he used spice mix from scratch. No wonder that all kitchens taste differently and have no excessive use of spices. Therefore, don't let you flower with spices, but only filled with food and fresh ingredients from scratches, so I expect my food to be made. The employees and owners have acted on their passion and it shows the food and their hospitality. BTW, the owner also told me that he certainly did not happy his food with satisfaction with food you will be issued a full refund! This is how food shops should be made! I tried over a dozen Indian restaurants in MN, I can say proudly: this is the BEST Indian restaurant in MN!

This place has risen to the first place for us when it comes to Indian food in Minneapolis/St. Paul goes. If you eat/order one thing, it must be Amritsari Kulcha, one of the best things I have eaten in cities when you go spicy food for level 4, but if not to lower numbers like 2 or 3. This place has real spice balance to be so careful when you order 4s or 5s. Next few dishes we ordered and enjoyed were saag and Makki ki roti, sambhar dosa, which were also top notch. A few curries we ordered were quite average, so I recommend staying at street food and you will love this place.

Listen to my friend about the Amritsari Chole Kuchey two years ago. Finally we are here and it was worth the praise. They also have a huge selection of vegetarian ducks, which are rare in Indian restaurants here in Minneapolis. A very nice local family restaurant. Freshly cooked food from the stove or oven. Impressively authentic. Warm-hearted owner pair welcomed and talked to customers. Very recommended.
