I like this fast food restaurant as much as I like Portillo's. I stopped by here for a while to grab something to eat, and I stopped in the perfect spot. It was also once in a while and definitely my first time this year to visit this fast food joint. They have the same menu as the other fast food joints. They also have very reasonable prices. I went inside, and the restaurant was not really full, and I was greeted right away by their friendly staff. Before I stopped at the spot, I was really tired from driving and doing errands, and the atmosphere inside the place felt really comfortable. I used to like this place I've had two bad experiences. but I gave Nanas the benefit of the doubt and went back again bad choice. The 1st time I tried not to compliant. I am only writing this review because the manager thinks everyone is out For a free meal instead of giving customer service he gives insults. when I made the choice to come to your business I expect customer service . customer service to me is more important than the food. I pay for customer service and the manager is an unprofessional employee. The burger was cold but he seems to focus more on someone trying to gett a $5.00 burger for free than what the custom needs are . this is a good restaurant but customer service needs...
Do not eat here unless you want to get sick!!! The owner a total rude person like the extreme worst!!!! The hot dogs are terrible. They're so skinny. The french fries are thicker, they're soggy. The Italian beef has a synthetic aftertaste, this place is super dirty!! It needs to be upgraded so bad and definitely new management or new ownership should just take over this place. Maybe someone can come in here and teach them to treat customers with more respect very rude... It looks like it hasn't been cleaned since 1981, and if you look around you'll see aunt and roach traps, the sanitation of this place is super suspect.
remain away from the online order. I wanted to try this place for one. I ordered directly from the website for delivery and seconds later a young lady called me back to go over my order. she then gave me the sum that a dollar was about what the website said. when I asked why she said this is the sum, the delivery fee is higher than what the website said. I told her that this isn't fair, I click on send based on the price I was given. she didn't care. I told her to cancel my order, right? I'm sorry, well, you just lost a new customer over a dollar.

this place is great to tear them off. I ordered a philly bark a small French pommes and a side of the cheese sauce. what I received was a Philly beef with 1/3 less meat a order fidgeted with the half of them the tiny pieces from the end of the kartoffel, which were so hard that they could not eat them, and a side of the cheese sauce only half full. all this for $18:34 plus a tip. never!
we had a hamburger, chili-Käsehunde, mozzarella sticks and an Italian ice cream. Hubby said that the hamburger was amazing and better than portillos. I personally like the portillos chili box and better than theirs, but it wasn't bad. my son liked the ice and we all loved the mozzarella sticks. everywhere we would recommend this place.
spent almost 20 mice on 3 small dogs and some unsolved soggy-ries and they want me 50 cent for a refill that doesn't cost them anything. this place is getting worse and worse. there are many other places that are so much better. will not be back!
We moved out of state 3 years ago and just had to stop here while we were in town. We had the Italian beef, hot dogs and fries, and shared a banana shake. All of it was just as we remembered. It was amazing! Best fast food we have had in years!

Went there for the beef sandwich that was rated very highly. It was a large sandwich but nothing great stood out. If I was in the area I'd go back to try something else but would not go out of my way for the beef.
We have to stop at Nana's every time we are in town. This night we showed up 5 mins before close. Fries just made, pizza was awesome and the hot dogs.....well we love them!!
