Nancy Bourguignon - Réserver une table

Les clients de l'hôtel dans une suite très spacieuse, nous avons décidé d'essayer un dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel où la réception avait loué la qualité du chef qui travaille dans la cuisine. Un délicieux débutant de foie gras comme il est rare aujourd'hui de pouvoir goûter un tel savoureux. Deux racks de porc accompagnés de gilets et de pommes de terre cuites maison, parfaitement cuits, décorés d'une sauce qui lie parfaitement chacun des éléments du plat. Un plat improvisé pour ma fille qu'elle aimait. Le pain fait maison était aussi délicieux. Nous finissons avec deux desserts parfaitement faits: un avec du chocolat de noisette pour ma fille et une incroyable composition agrumes/sorbet/me...

Dinner on August 17, 2023. The dishes have no taste, the boss passes among the tables of his acquaintances and converses in an extremely loud voice, the price of the white wine by the glass offered to replace a rejected merchant wine is not not announced and turns out to be too expensive.... Food was decent, but not at this price. Some of the dishes we had on the 5 course menu were very flat. The chanterelle mushrooms in beef jus were.... Lame and I love chanterelles. Maybe an off day Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
