When I think of takeout I think a Chinese or pizza but tonight after a long day of running about me and my brother want something different and turned to Nando’s. The website was very easy to use and I felt that my personal data...was securing so I went a head and placed my order. Couple of minutes after my order was placed a member of the staff called to tell me that they only had one piece of cheesecake left could they replace the other piece with anything else so I asked for the chocolate cake, not long after this the delivery drive phoned me asking where my flat was as they where unable to find it (in this time my food getting cold) after finding my address I got my food and cut into my...

After a long day, I decided to dine at Nando's late in the evening. When I arrived, there were plenty of empty tables, but I had to wait for several minutes to be seated at a table that had been available the entire time. I placed my order as soon as I sat down, but I watched as other customers who arrived after me received their food quickly while I waited over twice as long. Finally, my food arrived, but just as I was about to start eating, the fire alarm went off. The restaurant was evacuated, and no one was allowed back inside for the rest of the evening. Only the second time I have eaten in a Nando’s restaurant and won’t be visiting again. The food was ok but nothing special and I found the bread way to hard for my liking. The service form the staff was really poor and one staff...member was working the tills, serving tables and topping the sauces up all the time wearing the same pair off gloves ! Not acceptable handling money, tills buttons, receipts and serving food with the same gloves. All the time i felt very rushed, our main meals was brought out to us before we had finished our starters, no interaction with the staff just rush rush rush.

I had not made a reservation at Nando's, so I decided to go on a Tuesday and they suggested that I should walk in. I had to sign in for the usual Covid protocols, but unfortunately, they did not allow waiting inside the restaurant. However, they did allow young people who were waiting for takeout or delivery to stay inside. The restaurant was surprisingly empty for a Nando’s location. We ordered food and there were a few minor mistakes, like not changing the chips for mash, but we went ahead and ordered them anyway. Réservez une table maintenant

I recently ordered food from a restaurant using Deliveroo and I have to say, it was the worst meal I have ever had. We ended up throwing everything in the trash because it was flavorless, dry, and cold. The chips were soggy and tasteless as well. I even sent an email to the restaurant a week ago and have not received a response. During these challenging times, I have been trying to support local businesses as much as possible, but it seems like Nando's doesn't care about customer loyalty.

Offer delivery online but when you place the order they can’t be bothered to fulfil the order. In a time where bigger companies than them are going into liquidation they should be very careful, they won’t last if that’s how they treat the people that...keep them going! And when you call they can’t be bothered to answer the phone, waited minutes and was told I’m no in the que, clearly many unhappy customers!

Food was ok but had to order and pay at counter, get our own drinks and cutlery. They had no corn on the cob or garlic bread. The last time we visited whilst going to cinema, they had no chicken. Not the way I would...expect them doing business. If I wanted that service, I'd have gone to KFC or McDonalds

Booked the cinema and popped in for lunch! No chicken for minutes. Offered burgers! Didn’t want a burger so we were asked to move aside to allow people behind us to come forward to be served! Nit happy! Ate elsewhere! Réservez une table maintenant
