We came out for a meal and infact the food was beautiful,, but what we whitnessed from a what i belive would be senior members of staff high up female manager call her as you please, spoke to two young members of staff absoutly awfull made them feel and look so uncomfortable them they looked about 18, the poor girls this was absoutly disgustin behaviour it was like they were in school being told off by a head teacher for what because they was proberly the most polite amaxing happy waitresses i have ever been served by. There defo needs something to be done here and i will be visiting the store again not to buy food to tell the women how she needs to treat her fantastic members of staff those...
We ordered food and my friend is a huge fan of bbq sauce she requested it like most places when you eat out and they charged her 95p for this yet your other Nando’s sauces in huge bottles being used by everyone is free !! I tried explaining how much of a rip off and a joke this is and the idiot bloke in his shirt so I’m guessing a manager was quite rude and not very helpful all he cared about was are we paying cash or card we had already spent way over 60 more between 4 of us and yet begrudged her a tiny bbq sauce complete joke to top things off tables were never cleared so when I ordered dessert I was basically eating with my dinner plates still in front of me the waiters should use common...
We visited yesterday evening after the cinema. I ordered the half chicken with peri chips and rainbow coleslaw, and it was quite tasty. I really appreciated the variety of sauces available to try! My only complaint is that the extra hot option wasn’t spicy at all! I was generously applying the “extra extra hot” sauce, but it didn’t pack much heat either. I would have preferred to feel some regret from my decisions and experience lasting pain, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Overall, great food and a nice atmosphere!
The food quality is disappointing. During my last few visits, the food has been very dry, and the chicken appears brown and tough, indicating it isn't fresh. The chips have a stale taste, and the seating area is dirty, which makes for an uncomfortable dining experience. It seems the place has sacrificed quality due to its high demand. Additionally, our last takeaway order was missing the halloumi sticks, and when I informed a staff member, she just laughed.

Awful. Flat cokes, paid £21 for us to end up being given bottles usually £1 in a supermarket) so £21 for 6 bottles of coke. Than a long hair in my food. Ruined the meal for everyone was offered refund on my meal but everyone else felt queasy. Have emailed officially to ask fir full refund minus the one given at the table. Staff were nice just powerless and slight inept. Avoid!
Tried here last as not a fan normally of this type of food , we were visiting telford and tried 8 places before here but everywhere else was booked up. satdown quickly and food arrived after 20 mins or so. Food was tasty and staff attentive. Nothing much not to like really
Absolutely fantastic service from Tina! She was very friendly and helpful, making our experience truly wonderful. Thank you! The food here is consistently excellent. It's definitely one of my favorite places to dine.
Tina was so lovely and attentive!! She always had a smile on her face and answered all our questions. The food was delicious too as always !!!

Food was very disappointing. I paid £26.00 and a received a burnt cold burger with soggy chips. The order took over an 1.5 hours to arrive
30 minutes for a table and currently an hour for food as they prioritise takeaway orders so it takes a while to get that chicken!
