Nandos - Réserver une table

First time to Nando 's in years. What a mistake to return. We were made to stand in the rain outside to check in on our phones and join the virtual queue, even though there were two tables eating inside and no one else entering the restaurant.We were seated and explained to order everything on the phone and if we needed help to ask.We ordered the halloumi for starters then the boneless sharing platter for two with 4 regular sides. The starter arrived with no issues and was pretty tasty, then the mains arrived. We’re with some friends who really wanted to go to Nando’s. Wish we skipped it after the first night. Arrived and the restaurant had several empty tables, waiter said he would have to see if he had space for 8 (two fours were free and set). First he said he had to check with the manager if they had enough food, then said they didn’t have tables and we would have to wait and then a third thing I couldn’t remember so we went next door. Me and my mum came on a Saturday about 6:30pm and we hadn’t even thought to book but obviously … it’s a weekend! It was super busy but they said they were happy to take our names and book us in for in about half an hour if we were happy to wait- so we did and it was absolutely worth it. The weiter was super helpful, talked us through the menu and how to order and gave us some recommendations of vegetarian options (my mums a veggie). I don’t like spice as he recommended to definitely go for the lemon&herb sauce and when the food came out… the wait wasn’t too long and the chicken was absolutely spot on. So fresh! Everything was spot on and we’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant was super busy. Food took 40 minutes to arrived for a simple order for two people. Unfortunately, they ran out of folks. Waited 10 minutes for the server to get more (while the food was on the table). Disappointing visit.

I love this place. Everyone has to love a cheeky nandos. The food quality is excellent and all the staff are lovely and it has such a welcoming environment
