Place very quiet so bizarre to be waiting 40 minutes for food. However didn’t think anything of it until 3 people on the adjacent table arrived well after us but got served before us. I noted there was food lined up waiting to be brought out yet 3 of the staff are stood chatting! When I asked why there was such a delay they seemed surprised, but the food then came almost immediately. The manager made no apology instead leaving it to one of the staff members. To be honest I found his whole attitude disappointing. At a time where hospitality isn’t easy this place needs to up its game. Nando's is one of those places, great for a snack, meal with the family or with the partner. The shirley nandos is a hood one. The staff are generally very polite and helpful. I don't like that you can't book but that's a nation wide policy with nandos. Additionally if you are an emergncy/NHS worker they will do a 20% discount with an I.d. I've had good meals here and can't actually recall a bad one. If you can't get a table and have to wait there are a couple of decent enough bars nearby to grab a drink. The service at nandos is always quick and the food is always prepared well.
nandos is often what I think if we want to go out for a high-quality, spicy huh dinner and we have been visiting them for over 20 years. I have to say that it is not as good as it was earlier and a part of the problem is the lower value for money they now get. according to my opinion, the options are overpriced and the quality reduced so that we do not come very often here. it is still a decent experience and the employees on our last visit were very friendly and chirpy, so it only over a 4 star review
The food at the restaurant was late and of poor quality, with missing items and overall low quality and cold. When I raised a complaint, I was told that it could not be addressed by the staff and that I would have to take my complaint through customer services. They claimed to be too busy and unable to handle the issues since the food had already been delivered to my home address. The entire experience was terrible.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. There is a large menu that can accommodate all dietary needs, making it suitable for everyone no matter their food preferences. There are also many healthy options available. The food is served quickly and is of high quality. The blonde waiter with a beard is always very helpful.
if they ask if they can book, they will be told that they cannot book. when you speculate, you'll be asked if you book. when they say no, do they say we are fully booked? How does that work? that's not for me. but the workers are beautiful and so is eating!
Ordered via Deliveroo, my meal was missing, the rest of the order was cold. My meal missing directly reflects the restaurant as they prepare the food for pick up. The cold food is a mixture of both the restaurant and Deliveroo. Not good.
the first time back, since the lock-off lifted. QR code on the table means mobile ordering and payment that is fantastic. the staff is very helpful and friendly. they bring everything they need to the table. all great night out:

The service and food was good. The place however needs to be refurbished. The service door to the rear was left open for a considerable amount of time letting in a cold draft. But the food and service was good.
I was not very impressed with this restaurant. The portion sizes are small and you cannot make any substitutions. The drink selection is also lacking in quality.
