Upon our arrival, we were informed of a 30-minute wait despite the restaurant being half-empty. When we were finally seated, a waitress directed us to order using a QR code on the menu holder. However, none of the items on the menu appeared on the website the QR code directed us to. We had to go to the counter to place our order, where the staff member showed little interest. When I requested a lemonade and lime, I was told to choose from the drink dispenser myself. We had to get our own drinks, cutlery, and condiments. We like to order online at the table but the ‘Dare to share’ for the starters was not available online (we tried on 2 different phones) so we had to order at the counter. When I told them at the counter about it they said it was on there. By the time I got back to the table it was. Funny that! Also whilst at the counter I was told that there was only one chicken left! A whole Nando’s with only one chicken! Worst part of the experience was the bottomless soda, however. The machine ran out of gas so we were given a can. When we asked for another we were refused. We pointed out that we had paid for a bottomless soda and it was hardly our fault that the machine had not been maintained properly....
First impression when we walked in was disorganised and scruffy. The poor lad at the door was under pressure trying his best to accommodate the constant in and outs of dinners, pick ups and delivery drivers, all in a very confined space. When he asked , nicely, other staff members to clear tables to help him sit dinners down, one just ignored him and another said “ I am doing something else, then just wandered around. The manger was as scruffy as the restaurant and did nothing other than walk around and once took a delivery bag to the front. After trying the app , then queuing up for 12 minutes we walked out
The service was great. Very welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the food was terrible. Normally I would find a burger alone sufficient,however the burger was tiny. I tried the imitation burger which I have to say does not imitate chicken in anyway, shape ,form or taste and to compound matters it was cold. I was asked by the staff if everything was ok so I cannot fault them ,however I was out with a friend and we were celebrating good news so I did not want to blight our celebration.

Would give 0 if it allowed!! Waited in queue to be told to scan qr code to virtually queue done that myself and family were taken to a table to then be told they had no kids meals, so we left as they could clearly see we had 3 children with us! Sorted kids and ordered a takeaway for them to take my order take my money then email me telling me the order was cancelled and they would refund in a couple of days!! Diabolical service!!
Don't waste your time new ordering system is useless. Virtual que ??? Then scan the qr code which doesn't work. Then try and order with poor WiFi. Just after you have entered your order you then have to register and start all over again. All this while 3 members of staff just stand around doing nothing. The world has gone mad, I'm all for new technology if it works. Sacked it off and just walked out .
I visited this restaurant with my daughter, son, and daughter-in-law. I had never been to a similar place before and was prepared to not enjoy it, but I ended up loving it. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and cheerful. We ordered toasted paninis and other similar dishes that were delicious. The staff were friendly and upbeat. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
I went to the restaurant with two friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Claudia was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!

Good food for price. Very noisy at time we went children mainly. Waitress lovely and helpful. Some items on menu were unavailable.
Staff not too bad but food not all all impressed chips cold chicken over cooked Why do they not serve coffee !!!
