"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called about a querie regarding our order and in the first sentence the girl on the phone was incredibly rude. She spoke over me and raised her voice constantly. I cannot believe that she could ever...have been considered to be an employee there and I will be visiting the branch tomorrow to see the manager to address this. Also yes our food is an hour late"

Visited here with my partner 14/12/19 just after 16:00 hours. Had to wait 15 minutes to be sat. When we sat and ordered we waited for our starters. That's when the issues started. Our starter was delivered to the wrong table by our server. Easy...mistake when busy you would think but when the table our starters were delivered to a table who were finishing off the mains alarm bells should have rang out to the server. But no! After chucking our starters on the table without announcing what dish it was she wandered off and the table who got our starters started cheering stating free starters. They tucked in leaving most of it before leaving. After a long wait my partner went to another staff me...
My first time in a Nando's restaurant was overall pleasant. I wasn't aware that you placed your order at the bar, which wasn't explained on entering so we sat there for ten minutes waiting for table service. Our order arrived promptly was enjoyable. Lots of...free condiments available suitable for all tastes. My only negative concerning the menu was that while there was a vast array of main choices, the dessert options were limited. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The toilets are situated up two flights of stairs but a lift is available for disabled users. The toilets were clean and well maintained A fairly priced and enjoyable experience.which I would recommend..
I went to the Nando’s Bridgate it was terrible sat there for 10mins no body acknowledged me or asked what I wanted, then a chap walks in get seen to straight away told how to order etc, so I gathered you had to go to...the counter. So went up to the counter there was only 3 of us in the queue the girl took that long I was stood for at least another 10 mins by which time two other people had walked in and the manager gave my table to them so I walked out and went else where. The place I went to I was greeted, seated, served no messing I wouldn’t go back there if I was paid my advice don’t bother there are loads of better places to eat in Leeds than this place don’t waste your money!!
I am absolutely appalled at the fact that brigade nandos didn’t not have any lemon and herb sauce- the sauce that I frequently utilise at nandos. Having to scrounge off takeaway packets of sauce is an absolute injustice. After previously visiting the briggate nandos with...my male friend and the drink machine not working I have simply decided that the service is not good enough and I will not be coming back. Instead, I will be taking my MONEY else where to the trinity nandos or I may simply save all my money that I spend in nandos over time (a lot) and open up my own competitive chain of chicken shops. This is absolutely outrageous. Thank you for listening.
