I am very disappointed! Rude service and very disrespectful. I visited this location and the team member while talking to me started to talk with other customers who were entering after me to then talk back to me and saying that they had no tables available and I should have been waiting 35 minutes minimum.. Despite the rude action which I can understand may happen in busy time under pressure.. I could see the upstairs room was completely empty and they were keep making people waiting to avoid further people on the second floor... I can also understand that this maybe is a silent organisation because they are always under staffed, however I am a loyal customer and that s why I believe it is...

I went tonight with my wife and it was fantastic experience all around (unlike New Malden Nandos. Do not go to this one). Staff were very friendly and attentive (unlike New Malden Nandos. Do not go to this one). Chicken was not dry (which can be the case at New Malden branch. Don't go to New Malden Nandos). It was super enjoyable and we'll be back soon, this is our go-to restaurant if we're ever in the area. Can't wait to return!

Ordered a takeaway online from here. Had me sitting about an hour and 20 mins only to be told they'd had a mix up with my order and they've closed the restaurant now so they cancelled my order. Absolute joke.

Waited 45 minutes for a takeaway order and wasn't told how long it would be. The box was upside down, so leaked all over. Terrible service.

The longest time I've had to wait for food in any Nandos. If you want faster and better service, look elsewhere.
