First time I’ve ever had Nando’s . I was a little overwhelmed to start with . The greeter showed us to our table in a very busy restaurant. My partner is Gluten intolerant and we were reassured this was catered for . When I went to order the manager was called to process the order and ensure that no gluten was involved. The food arrived very promptly. My partner was searching for Mayonnaise as she found the sauces on offer too hot . This has got to be one of the most uncomfortable restaurant visits I have ever had. My husband and I were seated at our table and I had begun to stand up when one of the waitresses bumped into me, resulting in my drink being spilled on me. I would never feel angry over a mistake but the waitress carried on without even apologising or offering to help. I attempted to get her attention each time she passed me and she ignored me both times. During our visit to Middlesbrough, we decided to dine at Nando's as it is our preferred choice for accommodating food allergies. We were not disappointed! The exceptional manager personally attended to our table and handled our order at the register. She carefully supervised the preparation of our allergy-friendly meals and delivered them to us herself. The staff was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Our meals were served hot and in a timely manner. The restroom facilities were also clean and tidy. Overall, it was a wonderful family dining experience.
I found the Staff to be pleasant and attentive even though they were busy. I like Nando’s because the food is so simple and fairly cheap. We had a whole Chicken between us with 3 sides plus a bowl of olives for starters. The 3 sides we choose were Corn Cob, Chilli Chips and Coleslaw. My friend had the Peach Rooibos Tea whilst I just had water. At about £25 for 2, this is a bargain.

Visited today for the first time. Could not fault the service in any way. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Plenty of choice on the menu. Food delivered quickly and extremely tasty. The only criticism is that they don’t do hot drinks. Well worth a visit and other similar establishments could learn where service is concerned.
The chicken was juicy and flavorful with a nice kick of spice. The loaded chips were also delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Jamie (or James), who went above and beyond to accommodate my partner's unusual food allergy. Thank you so much.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I stopped by on my own before going to the cinema, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again.
It’s been a while since we had a Nando’s in fact April2022 so we went out for tea well nothing has changed. First class food, first class service and first class friendly staff who go the extra mile perhaps we won’t leave it as long next time

Not very busy when we were in.food was nice and quite quick, staff where friendly. Was a typical Nando’s. If you like chicken and chips with some spiciness can’t go wrong.
Top quality and friendly table service! Really made the experience a fab day! Lois the waitress serving our table was super friendly. Couldn’t have been any better!
