I wouldn 't normally visit chain type places but the menu looked inviting online. Can I just say the staff here are so lovely and friendly and literally make you so welcome but the food let 's it down MASSIVELY Our starters and mains arrived together. What 's the point of a section called starters if both are brought out together! Halloumi was as halloumi is, nothing out of this world. Half chicken was nothing special and I can cook better at home. Rainbow salad was a disgrace with as much flavour as fresh air. Chips were cheap frozen rubbish. After sitting for 25 minutes with plates piled high on our table we had to ask for the dessert we paid for. A chunk of brownie plonked on a plate. £50...
Mixed bag, we ate here three weeks ago, and again last weekend. We pretty much ordered the same order but the food just wasn’t as good the second time. The order was a full platter lemon and herb and a double chicken pitta hot, with sides. The second time the chicken platter just wasn’t as good the chicken breast had dried out. Ordering through the app is convenient but means server interaction and banter is very much reduced. It would be good if the app could be scanned at the till to make sure points aren’t lost (maybe you can already do this?
This was our first time at this Nandos. Fantastic, warm friendly greeting when we arrived. We we taken through there menu and order process. Food and drinks arrived in a good time, and the food was piping hot and delicious. The best part of the experience was how lovely and friendly the staff were. Nothing was too much trouble, my kids even said how lovely the staff were (and they don't normally notice ha ha) Thank you guys we had a great time x
I visited Nando's for the first time and I'm not sure if I'll be back. The service was okay, with one friendly waiter, but there wasn't much interaction overall. The food was disappointing, especially considering the price paid. The butterfly chicken breasts were dry and the "mild bbq" sauce was too spicy for our liking. The cheesecake was decent. The refillable drinks were a good value. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I have visited here a few times with my girlfriend and not once have I been disappointed. Always very quick service and very tasty food. The staff are always friendly and lovely to chat to. I imagine it’s a nice work environment as well as the team seem to gel well together. Definitely recommend!
I met family here for a catch up and was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant, it was bigger and brighter than other Nando’s I’ve visited in the past. We were able to get a booth even though it was relatively busy. The service was good, friendly staff, and the food was great.
I visited this restaurant today and ordered the boneless platter for two with extra spicy chips, creamy mashed potatoes, and peas. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious, as always!
Had a good meal, service was fast and staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was good and decor was nice as well. Would recommend to friends to come before a trip to the cinema as well.

Sylvia and the team provided excellent service and attended to all of our needs during our dinner. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon.
