Today, I went for a quick lunch on 31/01 and I was extremely disappointed. We waited for half an hour before being told that they had run out of chicken and had to cook more. The food arrived lukewarm as it had been sitting under lamps for too long. After complaining, they offered us 2 takeaway desserts as compensation. The service from the staff was disgusting and their attitudes were terrible. I wouldn't mind if the prices were cheap, but £15 for a mediocre lunch is too expensive in my opinion. I don't mind paying for good food, but in this case, the food was terrible and the service was even worse.
I purchased a whole peri peri chicken for takeout on Friday the 13th to serve as Saturday lunch for friends the next day. The person taking my order was friendly and helpful. When I opened the takeout box on Saturday, I noticed that: 1. The Nando's staff had kindly cut the chicken into quarters, which was great! 2. However, I also noticed that a third of one of the breast quarters was missing, which was not so great. I suggest double-checking your order before leaving, as there may be less food than you expect. It seems like the staff may have been a bit hungry.
Come here regularly and service and food used to be great, on a busy night would only wait around 20 minutes for food but lately two meals which were simple took over 40 minutes for us to receive and that seems to happen a lot now. Food seems to sit on the servery for ages before it’s handed out and as a result it’s luke warm by the time you get it. Seems a lot less staff recently too which probably explains the poor service. Very disappointing as it used to be great.
Had a decent meal at this Nando’s. For a Sunday night, it was busy and the atmosphere was good. First choice option for the vegetarian was not available the sweet potato and butternut burger but the beanie was a good substitute, and both meals were served piping hot which is usually a criticism we have of the other restaurants. Note: limited parking spaces outside.

By far the worst Nandos I’ve visited. Two tables either side of me arrived after and were served starters and mains before I had received anything. The start and main were brought to me at the same time having clearly been forgotten. Both dishes cold and the salad was soaking wet from having been sat for over 45 minutes after being prepared.
We visited today and got seated quickly and our food arrived looking good and in a prompt manner, a high chair was immediately offered by the happy female host he showed us to our table... A very good visit compared to other branches I've been too well done huntingdon
I visited Nandos with my Son on a Saturday lunch time, we were both pretty hungry, so wasted no time in ordering. The food came quickly, there was lots of it and the quality was excellent, as was the service.
butterfly chicken was very tasty. Chips were nice too. Green leafy salad could have been bigger. On the whole very nice meal. Dissapointed the soda machine was broken though.
