Firstly the manager. What a fantastic manager, the manager, he is a credit to this restaurant and deserves a promotion. His friendliness, attention to detail, professionalism and concern and clarity over the allergies that our group had was so reassuring, it really was. It's unbelievable how many restaurants we visit where the staff are uncertain whether their food contain allergies is incredible. Exceptional. Secondly the food. I ordered half of a chicken with two sides. The chicken appeared and tasted as though it had been cooked multiple times. The mashed potatoes were overly thick and the portions were extremely small. The service was lacking, as I asked a young waiter to check on my order and they did not follow through. The wait times were also not acceptable. Overall, the meal was overpriced for the quality and portion size. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant, as it seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. It would be better to visit a chain like Wetherspoons for a better value and service. Avoid this restaurant unless you want to empty your wallet unnecessarily.

I really wouldn't recommend this place I’m not one for leaving reviews due to laziness but this deserves it. The cutlery arrived dirty . The glasses for the drinks where boiling hot. The staff seem simple and slow. we was told to order using the website to then be told we have to do to the till to order I’ve not even eaten my meal yet so I can’t tell you about that but I’d avoid anyway

I would 100% recommend to go to a different Nando’s it seems like no one knows what’s going on we waited over a hour whikst everyone who ordered after us got there food , to find out they forgot about our order ? This is a joke restaurant and will not be going here ever again waste of time Réservez une table maintenant

When we ordered takeout from Deliveroo, we had 3 missing items and their customer service was not helpful at all. However, Kara from Nando's Chill Factore went above and beyond to assist us. Her customer service was exceptional and we couldn't have asked for better help. Thank you, Kara!

Nando’s is good food that never fails to fail. The restaurant was quiet so service was good and friendly. Definitely worth going here instead of Trafford centre as parking just outside and easy to jump on motorway No complaints from entry to exit

I never knew this restaurant served Mozambican cuisine! They have a great variety of dishes with chicken such as spicy and tasty chicken. I tried the spicy chicken and it was delicious.
