Today I went to Nando’s and ordered my usual 1/4 chicken extra hot with peri peri chips and creamy mash. A simple meal I assume compared to some of their more complicated meals. The first thing that’s went wrong was my aunt ordered corn on the cob as a side but they gave her garlic bread they apologised and gave her a corn on the cob, letting her keep the garlic bread. Then the rest of my family’s meals came until it was just me. Five minutes later my grandad goes to ask what has happened and as he gets to the counter my food comes out. Usually it’s a really nice orange colour and looks appealing however it looked frankly disgusting the sauce was clearly quickly added just before they bring...
Went in with my daughter on Sunday afternoon. Ordered a veg pitta. The veg was not cooked properly as it was crumbled into pieces instead of a burger type. Chicken was dry no wonder the restaurant was nearly empty. I’ve been to many Nandos and have been satisfied always. This mob are obviously not good enough. Stay away. You have been warned.
Never written a review before, but just like to thank the brilliant staff at Nandos Edgware... deliveroo, who I will add ' lost ' my order 3 times in as many weeks, lost my order again tonight, Nandos guys made all the calls and replace the order without any argument. So grateful for no hassle after a 13 hour shift... brilliant!
I've eaten in Nandos for years and never had pink chicken once, now in my book that's a record, the service is quick, you help yourself to unlimited sauce, my only complaint is the traffic outside excessive car fumes noise when they open the windows) if you have breathing difficulties visit on a cold day

It was the worst dinner I had ever in Nando's for years..the service and food was terrible..the chicken was burned..how could you eat a burnt chicken...nandos should really refund my money. I paid £30 for a burnt chicken..the manager was very rude as well..never go to Edgware Nando's again..
First time visiting after their refurbishment, and apart from the aesthetic changes, it’s still Nando’s. It’s like clockwork service was efficient, music was loud, food was generous and flavourful, prices quite costly. Once in a while “treat”.
Not impressed with the general cleanliness of the place.The staff looked very scruffy The manager is rude and loud He seems to be full of self importance badly dressed The food well below average We will certainly not be returning AVOID
Young, blonde lady was serving me and my family and was very unprofessional and rude. Food was alright. But staff needs more Customer service training

As All Nando's menu is the same. But service is good . They're attentive. Peri-peri chicken is one of my favourite.
