Nando's Marriott Waters

I ordered takeout consisting of BBQ wings, 8 ribs, and a whole chicken with a side of chips from this outlet, which I chose for its convenient location on my way home. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I opened the box to find burnt and inedible chicken pieces. The whole chicken had an extremely bitter burnt taste. What was meant to be a nice dinner for my family ended up being largely thrown away. I am truly upset that I received such poor quality food to serve to my family. I hope that other customers do not have to experience this. It is unacceptable and reflects a significant lapse in quality control in your kitchen.

One of the worst Nandos I have ever been too. Worst service. EFTPOS never working one day ran out of chicken? Are you serious? They close at 10pm and I rocked up at 9:20 and all the lights were off and they were closed.. Unbelievable. Only had coke and water available no other drinks? Stay away from this Nandos.. Never ever coming back! All the chickens who died to be served at this Marriot Waters Nandos would have been ashamed... You guys suck!

The majority of the menu is outdated, and the staff in Cranbourne are rude and condescending. I inquired about a dish listed on the menu, and two different customer service representatives seemed completely unaware of what I was asking. After 15 minutes, they finally informed me that the item was unavailable and that the promotional offer had expired. If that's the case, they should really consider removing it from the menu!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was served cold, the fries were stale, and my order of Portuguese chicken paella only had a handful of small chicken pieces. My order was also mixed up. They didn't provide any takeaway sauce packets and I didn’t even receive a bag. I do not recommend this place due to the poor service and subpar food. I really enjoy visiting this Nando's because it's very modern and spacious. There are plenty of seats, and the contemporary decor gives the place a warm and inviting atmosphere. I typically order the chicken burger and sweet potato fries, which are typically quite salty. The service is good, and the total cost for two people is around $40.

By far the best Nando's I've been to! The staff are superb! Not only are they extremely helpful they are a cheerful bunch giving out tips and overall friendly. The food is always great at this outlet. It's clean and there's plenty of parking. Keep up the good work guys!

Quality nandos, probably my favourite. Great seating inside and out. Basin to wash hands Toilets are outside though. Great tasting food. Plenty of sauce. Nice booths. Perfect staff.

The chicken I had here was really tasty and good. Haven't had such a nice Nandos anywhere else for a good while...The staff was also welcoming and Customer service was good. Réservez une table maintenant

God dame nandos is expensive. Besides how expensive its got it would have to be the beat nandos iv ever had. Super tasty, super friendly service.

The customer service is excellent! The food is very tasty, and cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority.
