Nando's Spitalfields

We visited a busy restaurant on the high street and were seated promptly at 9pm. Our server was a bit curt but still helpful. We ordered our meals through the app, which was a quick and easy process, although some items were not available. Our food arrived promptly after our drinks, and at £59 for three main courses and two glasses of wine in London, we found the prices to be very reasonable. Although, chains like Nando’s follow quite the same recipe and tastes the same whatever they choose. what distinguishes between two are: customer service food temperature cleanliness this twog fulfills the above mentioned. her customer service is good. cordial and helpful. I couldn't find any plates on the loading floor and within few seconds I was helped. I noticed some other two, the food temperature is not hot enough. that was perfect. huh was hot and chips was crispy and also hot. the waiting period could have been shorter but not complaining, as the received foods were before location. tables and cutlery were clean and sauce bottles were wiped and free of fat.

Main meal was great, as usual for Nandos, and the restaurant was busy so I didn’t mind waiting for a little while, the food was worth it. However, I had ordered a halloumi side and it came by the time I had finished my main meal it was cold, dry, and overcooked. Wouldn’t bother me as much if I didn’t have to go and ask for it a couple times.

I came in after a long day of work and was warmly greeted by friendly staff. My food arrived promptly and was delicious as always. I believe it is a good value for the price, especially with the option for bottomless drinks. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Always enjoy Nandos. Staff were really nice and helpful. Enjoyed the food. I had the chickpea and spinach burger, peri chips and long stem broccoli. Unfortunately the toilets let them down. One cubicle, the door didn't lock and no toilet paper. Smelled bad too.

Damien was so nice. I told him it was my last night in London and he made sure I was able to come inside and place my order even though the restaurant was closing. Such a kind guy! Food was also amazing and did not disappoint.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. When we had a question about our child's meal, the manager took the time to personally address it for us. I highly recommend this place.

I got takeout from this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. I paid when I arrived and personally packed my order when it was ready. They are exceptional! Thank you, they are the best!

The service at this restaurant was excellent. They quickly found a table for our group of five and the food was ready in a timely manner. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

My experience at this Nando's branch was fantastic thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Jonathan. He was very friendly and patient with us the whole time.
