Disappointing Experience at Nando’s, 1A Romford Road London My recent visit to Nando’s left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I placed my order, it was a series of mishaps and lack of communication that marred what should have been a pleasant dining experience. To begin with, the lady who took my order mistakenly recorded the wrong table number. This error became apparent later, after a prolonged wait for my food. Despite my inquiries to the staff, there was a complete lack of updates or acknowledgment of the mistake. Ordered a full peri peri chicken with fries, restaurant was very clean hygienic and tidy, staff lady on the till said we couldn’t pay by card when I enquired, but told me she needs to speak to her manager, the manger said the same at first, that the PDQ machine was down but this could be down to WiFi issues, the card payment did go through after trying few times, the cashier lady taking payment was friendly good communications skills helped me find my Nando’s table point via my phone, then showing us me what table we were sitting on, so I pointed out the table then sat down, food was promptly sent, to our table one mild, and one hot, there was sauce on our table and on the counters loving Na...
Came here for a tasty meal. The Nandos is located opposite the church in Stratford. The staff were kind and friendly and showed us to our table straight away. Clearly, it is a very busy restaurant, but the food came out quickly. The chicken was well cooked. However, the chips tasted slightly sale as if they had been left out to dry out. Would recommend to anyone wanting nandos/ grilled chicken in the area.

Pros: food was very tasty Cons The female who sat us down sounded very loud, which came across as quite aggressive and hence rude We were seated in a corner table, there was 3 of us including a child, so we felt cramped The music was too loud The area is quite small to walk around in
Myself and husband our first time at Nando’s . My daughter is always there . Can honestly say it was a lovely experience. The food was perfect . You order your own food on an app . Which my daughter managed to do . If you have troubles you can go up and order . Very reasonably priced . Would go back again
