I have to start off this review by saying that I am writing it from a completely different perspective. Myself and two friends visited this restaurant and entered what can only be described as a live-action theme park experience. It was surreal and highly entertaining. The clientele was mostly made up of young adults with trendy hairstyles, all of whom were engrossed in watching boxing or football on their phones. The food orders were all mixed up, but we didn't mind because we were at Nando's and had a sense of humor about it. It was amusing to see the staff try to appear concerned about the mix-up. Dear readers, Nandos has always provided the most succulent chicken for a lost wandering soul like myself, but unfortunately my last visit to this little independent restaurant was rather tainted by an unfortunate encounter with the clientele. In fact, it is this rather cruel little story that made my visit very good rather than excellent. I unfortunately found the restaurant to be a little too loud thanks to a rather rowdy set of boys sat on the table next to mine, making crude jokes about a fellow having a father who owned a farm, or something of the sort. The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. We ordered a wing platter and the Sunset Burger, both of which were excellent. What really impressed us and compelled me to write this review was the exceptional service we received. We would like to thank Romy (apologies if the name is incorrect) for providing top-notch service from beginning to end. We were consistently checked on and offered assistance, unlike any other Nando's we have been to. We are now tempted to move to Worcester just for this outstanding dining experience.
Ordered two meals via Deliveroo. Staff then forgot to put the sunset burger in the order. Rang store who advised they wouldn’t be able to send out replacement burger as No Deliveroo riders available. Managed to get Deliveroo to refund cost of burger but not really acceptable to miss such an important part of an order, takes 10 seconds for staff to check before sealing and handing to driver. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a meal from Nandos Worcester using Deliveroo My meal was a chicken bun with chips. All came cold and the bread was stale. Also Deliveroo said the max refund they could give was £2.50 for this type of issue. I said that was nonsense and demanded the full amount since the meal was in the bin. the lady then agreed to refund the full amount. Very cheeky! I won't do that again.
I ordered a delivery from this restaurant and it never showed up! I was very disappointed because I had received a message saying it was on its way. When I called the restaurant, they said they couldn't do anything about it and blamed Deliveroo for the problem. Not great customer service either!
Probably the best service I’ve had at any Nando’s, the food came out very quickly after we ordered, and the multiple staff that served us were very nice and friendly!
Went while in Worcester. It was excellent. Staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic. Great tasting and service was excellent

Good was tasty but building needs a lock of paint. Staff were lovely and cheerful and checked the dinner was ok
