Arrived at 1:20pm today (a Sunday) ordered a simple pizza half pepperoni meatball/half cheese, and three waters. It took 40 minutes for the pizza to arrive with the waitress never checking in on us until after the pizza came to the table. There were a total of 4 tables in our section. Two were larger totaling 7 people at one table, 9 at the other and then our table of 3 and one table of 2. It should not take this long for a simple simple order. With every table inquiring on the status of their orders. If the pizza was going to take a moment communication was needed from the wait staff. The lack of service and wait time is driving this review. Pizza was good 9/10. Wait time are inevitable but...
After 50+ years, I had the worst sausage pizza. I shouldn't say sausage since there was hardly any on the pie.. At almost $20. It was take out. Very disappointed. It was a carry out pick up that my daughter made for me. It wasn't until she brought it home that this problem was discovered. We will continue to order right from Nanuet Hotel as I believe that they do make the BEST pizza. Perhaps I should have called them right away to let them know but thought that they were very busy. That is my fault for assuming. I will still recommend Naniet Hotel to everyone.
I got the wrong pizza went back and told them the pizza I received was what she wrote down for my order. Inconvenient but not the biggest deal. The pizza was incredibly greasy, and the usual crisp crust and undercarriage were not there. Kinda like a tortilla with pizza soup on it. This is out of character for them. Usually very solid and crisp. With a nice crisp crust. Will give them another shot but not for the near future
I've been eating this delicious pizza since the 80s. I had some frozen leftovers this weekend because I don't live near it anymore so it's a treat if I ever get it. This place has magical pizza. Yes, it takes a while to make the pizza, so talk to your friends or play on your phone. This pizza is my favorite and I miss it.

We enjoyed the pizza and the chicken fingers appetizer. It would have been nice to see a greater variety of seasonal non-alcoholic drinks. This is definitely the spot for thin crust pizza! The service was excellent and very attentive.
