Le service: Je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses. Je n'ai jamais eu de mauvais serveur ou serveuse; honnêtement. Ils doivent prendre du temps sérieux pour former leurs employés parce que ces personnes sont les meilleures! Et ils s'entraident tous les uns les autres; comme une grande famille. Tout le monde semble vraiment aimer travailler là-bas. Je suis allé plusieurs fois et j'ai eu les serveurs suivants; Amy, Jeannie, Lori, Itzel et Tyler et ont été aidés par tant de autres!

Très déçu lors de cette visite. La dernière fois que c'était vraiment bon. Ce soir, le service était très pauvre. Le serveur avait une attitude dès le moment où il nous a accueillis. Quand je ne voulais pas de vin et je me suis demandé de thé, il rouléa ses yeux et s'en éteignit. Il est revenu 3-4 fois pour demander une commande. C'était dans un espace d'environ 5 minutes. Une fois que la commande a été prise, nous ne l'avons vu que de plus. Nous avons dû demander à un autre serveur pour les recharges de sel et de poivre et de thé. I absolutely love this restaurant. First off, it is located in the cutest area with a view of the (not-so very filled) river. But none the less, fantastic view and very nicely decorated.
The service: I cannot say enough nice things. I have never had a bad waiter or waitress; honestly. They must take serious time to train their employees because these people are the best! And they all help each other out; like one big family. Everyone truly seems to enjoy working there. I've been there many times and I have had the following servers; Amy, Jeannie, Lori, Itzel, and Tyler and have been helped by so many more!

Very disappointed in this visit. Last time it was really good. Tonight the service was very poor. The server had an attitude from the moment he greeted us. When I didn't want wine and asked for tea he rolled his eyes and walked off. He came back 3-4 times to ask about an order. This was in a space of about 5 minutes. Once the order was taken we only saw him once more. We had to ask another server for salt and pepper and tea refills. He showed up to drop off the check too. The food wasn't as good a last time either. Both our chicken dishes were very dry and mine was actually barely warm. It may have say in the window waiting to get delivered. Je n'ai jamais rien eu ici que je n'ai pas aimé absolument. Apéritiseurs innovants et délicieux. Vraiment grande pizza, qui est mes pâtes préférées et fraîches. Excellent steak, poisson et côtés. Nous finissons tous les repas avec le meilleur dessert de gelato en ville. John Le gestionnaire circule en permanence, parlant à des clients et en veillant à lui et à son personnel tout en faisant tout ce qui est possible pour rendre la nourriture et l'expérience parfaite.
I have never had anything here I didn't absolutely love. Innovative and delicious appetizers. Really great pizza, which is my favorite and fresh made pasta. Excellent steak, fish and sides. We finish every meal with the best gelato dessert in town. John the manager is constantly circulating, talking to patrons and making sure he and his staff are doing everything possible to make the food and the experience perfect.
