Napa Kitchen And Wine

Our party of 6, with a reservation got seated in the bar. Little did we know this was a mistake. Our service was the slowest I've ever had at this restaurant. Our reservation was for 8:15 we didn't leave until 10:30. We immediately left after paying our check. The food was ok. We got the wrong sushi and my steak was undercooked. Our meals came out at different times, and we had to ask for refills every time. If they sit people in the bar area they need to have a dedicated server, not the bartender trying to do 2 jobs. My job is near here and our office FREQUENTS this restaurant. I'll be sharing this experience with them.

I recently went to NAPA with a group of co-workers and the kitchen manager, Aaron Clarke, was amazing! He took care of us and made sure we were happy the whole time. The food and the service was top notch! The appetizers we tried were all amazing, and the smash burgers are my favorite meal to get!

Highlights: The smash burger, filet mignon, she-crab soup, and Napa Merlot were all excellent. However, I was disappointed with the bread, short rib gnocchi, broccolini, fries, and the Long Island drink. Overall, I wouldn't return for the food except for the smash burger.

Dirty dishes on clean table questionable dirty cups too. Caesar salad had no dressing on it. Grilled chicken was great but everything was lacking flavor on the sandwich. Ranch dressing didn't taste home made and was gross. Everything was just ehhh. Probably won't return. Réservez une table maintenant

It was our first experience at the restaurant, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. We ordered brunch, but the food arrived cold, and there were coffee grounds in my coffee.

Everything was great, only issue wife's sweet potato mash was too salty. Our 2nd time visiting with my brother and his wife, we had a great time our server Ellen was awesome!

The experience was wonderful, but we had a reservation for 7 PM and were not seated until nearly 8 PM.
