really disappointed by napoli, I had very high expectations as I always went by and realized that they always have customers. So I decided to eat one night. I ordered two pastas and a pizza. the pizza was decent, nothing special, but no complaining. my real bone is with her pastas. we both ordered pastas each, both came with creamy white sauce, which tasted the same! it is as if they had the same sauce with the same crumbles and sources used for two different dishes. it was bland and watery and definitiw not worth the price we paid. I never go back, not even for the pizza.
Napoli Cafe is probably my favourite place to grab pizza and pasta. To me a good pizza is all about the crust, and Napoli has the best crust I've tried. But to those who think toppings make the pizza, there are a range which you can choose from. My personal favourite is the prosciutto and rocket one (forgot what it was called exactly). They have a selection of pastas to choose from as well and my favourite is definitely the arabiatta. And as a bonus, they sell really great hot chocolate; rich in chocolate and doesn't just taste like milk. I'm addicted
as you would know, you come to strathfield when they feel like Korean eating. but I didn't feel like Korean this day, so we decided to stop this restaurant. the pizza we ordered was so-so, it was not long enough in many cooked and there is not enough cheese on the pizza. the pasta we ordered tasted better, beautiful and creamy. reasonable prices, but I would probably not return if I had believed a good pizza.
near the train station. quite average eating there was a lot of dressed, from pizzas to pasta with tomato base or cream base sauce, and various nudel types that I had the spaghetti carbonara and it was quite good; nothing extremely special, but also not bad. I thought the sauce had a pretty strong swirl and garlic taste, but this is based on personal preferences overall a beautiful, casual place to immerse.
