The staff member behind the counter abruptly took the napkins from me, insisting that the customer hadn’t requested any. When I asked if they typically don’t include napkins with orders, he said they only provide them if asked. I pointed out that offering six napkins as a courtesy wouldn’t cost much and that most customers wouldn’t just throw them away.
He insisted on putting the napkins back in the dispenser, completely ignoring my concerns. I mentioned that since I had already handled the napkins and waited patiently, a little courtesy would have been appreciated. His response was dismissive and indifferent.

Napoli Pizza on Washington St. in Whitman is the best in Massachusetts. The staff is very welcoming, and the owner uses only the freshest ingredients. The bread is always fresh, and their buffalo chicken pizza is unbeatable—I’ve tried them all! They’re hands down the best. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. This restaurant is fantastic! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. They also have a rewards program that allows you to get $10 off after earning 100 points, which comes together quickly. This is definitely our go-to pizza place, as well as a great option for their other menu items!

Without a doubt, this is the best Buffalo pizza I've ever tasted! The fresh, flavorful dough is topped with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing, ample amounts of Buffalo chicken, and a generous layer of cheese, all baked to perfection. Thank you!

This restaurant isn't the best in Massachusetts, as one reviewer suggested, and it doesn't even rank as the best in Whitman, which is quite telling. I live close by and seldom visit, which speaks volumes about my experience.
The food was fantastic, and one of the employees, Matt, was incredibly friendly—one of the nicest people I've ever encountered. He certainly deserves a raise!

I didn’t enjoy their pizza. For dine-in lunch, the food was below average (2/5), the service was good (4/5), and the atmosphere was decent (3/5).
It appears there has been a staff change since the last review, but the pizza we had tonight was soggy and impossible to eat.
