I didn’t eat inside I ordered today a cheese steak and fries to get delivered at my apartment to my daughter because she was hungry. It was my first time using Slice..so I’m sorry the tip spot wasn’t found. But my daughter is 13, she didn’t have cash on her and Napoli driver was rude to her!! She won’t even eat the food now, I don’t care for a refund but I’ll be bringing the food back shortly!!!
I don't usually post reviews but the two sandwiches I just got were pathetic. Almost 30$ for a cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak and cheese fries. The rolls were burnt and there was barely any meat in the sandwiches. Won't be coming back. The last time I ordered I got a pizza and it was burnt and was like eating cardboard but wanted to give it another shot
I strongly advise anyone considering dining at Napoli Pizza Grill to stay far away. The combination of terrible service, awful food, and questionable hygiene make it an establishment not worth visiting. Save your time, money, and taste buds, and look elsewhere for a decent dining experience.Food: 1/5
The pizza here is excellent, likely because the owner is genuinely Italian. The staff is friendly, and the desserts are delightful. I've also ordered delivery from them, and everything has been delicious. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5. Réservez une table maintenant
Our fav place for a Margarita Sicilian Pie but I always end up waiting. This time was told 20 to 25 mins. I got there 30 to 35 mins later and still waited another 10 Mins. They weren't busy but the food is good so will continue to go.Food: 5/5
Some of the best pizza I’ve had. And the penne vodka is rlly good. Didn’t look promising when I picked it up but it was so good. And the garlic bread is rlly good.definitely will be our go to place now
The young lady at the counter who handled my slices of pizza also took the money and made change all without wearing gloves. A real turnoff and a Board of Health violation.
