What a delightful evening. Our extended family of nine (our son and family are local, hubby and myself are from out of country) visited here on a Friday night and had one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere feels like home as soon as you walk in and the food was fantastic. Sofia and her family were so personable and still very professional. Service was quick and yet we asked for them to go more slowly so we could enjoy each other’s company and they happily obliged. My wife and I have lived in Rowlett for a long time. We often drove by and always wanted to give them a try. The food was good, the service was fair and the atmosphere was suitable. The bread served to the table was hard and cold. It took 15 minutes until our water came back to the table after dropping drinks and bread, then when I asked for more fresh bread, it was another 20 minutes before they came back with bread or refilled our drinks. The boy was more interested in conversing with his female employee than we did. Not the best experience, but the food was good.
Okay, I have to be lucky today. I went in today and this place smells so clean and then the food flavors met you. It was extremely clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waiting staff was efficient. The men's toilet was cleaned, so I had to wash my hands in the ladies. The toilet was definitely cleaner than most places, already a plus here. I had an ice-cold salad and chicken piccata, very tasty and a beautiful presentation on the salad and duck. The restaurant looks great after it has been rebuilt, somehow raised and more in line with the quality of its Italian cuisine. Napoli is excellent food, especially pizza. You can order everything from the menu and you will get the feeling of being grateful. If you bite it, you can taste the ingredients are high quality and not the cheap stuff. This place has been here for years and never disappointed because it is consistently excellent quality. I recommend taking your family to Napoli's for a delicious meal.
