J'y suis allé le lundi de l'est. Peut-être pas une bonne idée. Le chef m'a bien présenté sa place. Mais ce n'était pas un plaisir de s'asseoir seul dans une grande pièce. Il n'était que pm, mais le serveur était vraiment fatigué et ne pouvait ... pas expliquer les spéciaux. Après avoir demandé au chef, il était abe de me dire que le joint d'agneau était de Nouvelle-Zélande. Il a oublié la soupe dont nous avons beaucoup parlé, les détails des soupes et je la voulais vraiment et le joint était en deux morceaux. Le morceau plus petit n'était pas bien dur mais le morceau principal était bien fait et avait un très bon goût. Les noddles traditionnels souabe Spätzle étaient très bons, derrière les...

I went there on easter-monday. Maybe not a good idea.The chef introduced me to his place - good. But than it was no pleasure to sit alone in a big room. It was only 9.30 pm, but the waiter was really tired and could not explain the specials. After asking the chef he was abe to tell me, that the lamb joint was from New Zealand. He forgot the soup (we talked a lot about that soups details and I wanted it really) and the joint came in two pieces. The smaller piece was not nice (hard) - but the "main piece" was well done a tasted very good. The traditional Swabian "Spätzle" noddles were very good, behind the vegetables I definitily expected more. With soup, a better atmosphere and a better servi...

Excellent food in a very pleasant restaurant. Chef is very adaptable - we specifically recommend the steak and the cheese board.Beer and choice of wine really good. We loved the bar area but the restaurant was very fine too with an open fire and modern deco.We were also there for the ribs deal on Monday and that was terrific value and so so tasty!Definitely worth a visit or more.
