Just came out of this establishment. Sad to say this was one of my favorites in Long Island. I will no longer order from this place as I just had the worst experience by far in any restaurant cafe or anywhere. The worker was extremely rude (heavy setmale with long hair). He was rude from the time we ordered and when I finished paying 10$ a platter. I saw that there was enoughmeat maybe for the palm of my hand. Barely any rice. The platter was half empty. I was furious because I expect what I payfor?.not a palm sized amount of chicken. Nav’s food is really great, easily 5 stars. But oh God ……the service. The owner and workers need to read this: IF I CALL MY ORDER IN AHEAD OF TIME TO BE PICKED UP IN 10 MINUTES THAT MEANS I EXPECT MY FOOD TO BE READY for pick up in 10 minutes!!!! Every single time I call my order in I say, “Please have it ready in 10 minutes,” and they always say, “of course!”, like I’m a fool for asking!! No matter how much time passes between my call to order and when I pick up the food, it’s NEVER READY! Absolutely slaps. Nice that it's one of the only places in the area open past like 10pm lol. Life saver because my family came here after a late flight. Bro, the food absolutely slaps--on par with halal food in the city--even better than some. Not tomention the portions are generous, unlike a lot of places in the city. Everything else on the menu looks bangin' too--def thego-to spot for that late night craving.
