I have been debating about going here for a good while but im very picky with my sandwiches. However OMG sooo good the price for the sandwich when u look at it u go ennhhh idk but when you get that sandwich you know its worth every cent. My hubby wanted a full one and was seriously surprised about how big they are,the taste is amazing the flavors were combined so great.The service was unbelieveably patient and kind because we had never been there we were taking our time. I visited Nardellis on Saturday and ordered a full meatball parmesan grinder with banana peppers on Milites bread. It was an amazing grinder! The meatballs were cooked perfectly and were incredibly tender. I also grabbed a jar of stuffed cherry peppers, and I can’t wait to try those as well. The staff was very friendly, and everyone was wearing their PPE as required, which really enhances your sense of safety while dining there. Nardellis on Scott Rd in Waterbury, CT definitely deserves a solid 5 stars!
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. However, the prices were quite outrageous—$11.26 for a small sandwich (essentially half a sandwich). The top half of the bread was relatively soft, but the bottom half was hard and nearly stale. Just the other day, I visited a small, family-owned deli where I paid $8.25 for a larger and tastier sandwich. I won't be returning, as I can find a whole sandwich for the same price elsewhere.

I placed my order in advance, and my food was ready when I arrived. The charges were accurate, and they billed me as they had stated. The staff was reasonably pleasant overall, so I have no complaints.
