One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. If you want hot hicken go across the street to Joelles it s right across the street! Rude staff and no managers to hold people accountable. My take out order was completely wrong. I order 3 meals. My meal a salad I specifically stares not have tomato's im allergic) and there were plant off them. They also forgot my salad dressing so no one could enjoy it. The other orders fries were still partly frozen. They didn't give us any napkins or utensils though I asked so we had no way of eating the sides...sorry I song want to eat mashed potato and gravy with my fingers..I called to get a refund and the rude employ told me she could only g...

it's not a surprise that nashville hot has closed. I visited a handful of time and while it was quite good. location, location, location. it is not that nashville hot is bad, it is actually quite good, but joella is great. joella’s serves a higher quality, a better tasting of the same kind of food and happens right next door. I haven't visited nashville hot anymore than I discovered joellas. if you haven't tried yet, give him a shot.
