A regular haunt for quality dinners for my family and special events but especially for entertaining my local, interstate and international staff and customers. Something the Hills is just void off a refined dining experience WITH a unique cocktail menu! Having a solid F&B background, the flavour profiles of the dishes are well considered which is evident by just reading the menu as are the portions as mentioned in other reviews. The service and kitchen staff are equally well refined and have substantial high end city based restarturant training and experience. The decore is not out of place or ostentatious and hits the mark with the overall intended experience. The owners are equally lovely...

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and I loved everything I tried. I dined in for dinner and would rate my meal a perfect 5 out of 5, as well as the service, which was also top-notch at a 5. The atmosphere was delightful, earning another 5. I highly recommend the chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce and the sago pudding – both dishes were excellent!
