However, my burger was supposed to come with the special house sauce, but it was missing. When the server checked on us, I mentioned this casually—not as a complaint. To my surprise, the manager came by and offered me a discount without my asking for it. I appreciate that kind gesture and will definitely return to give the restaurant another chance. Additionally, if you're a sports fan, I highly recommend this place, as it features multiple TVs showcasing various sporting events.
Exceptional customer service! The food is fantastic! I had one of the best burgers I've ever tasted. The bacon jam burger is incredibly delicious! I placed a phone order, and although there was a mistake, they went above and beyond to rectify it. I've seldom, if ever, encountered such outstanding service! I was treated exceptionally well, and they did a remarkable job! I highly recommend this place! The staff is always friendly and attentive when you visit.
Place was awesome. In the parking lot, it didn't look like much. But wow. The food was excellent. Burger was so good, and the Philly cheese steak wasn't from Philly, but it was damn close. I was just in the area for work, and I definitely recommend if you're in the area go there. Thank you.
What a fantastic spot! The food and service were outstanding. The wings with nasty's sauce were incredible, and the burger topped with chili was amazing.
