Yelpers, stop what you're doing and pay attention. Nathaniel Reid Bakery must be visited! Located in the suburbs of STL, Nathaniel Reid Bakery was a complete surprise and everyone needs to know about this place.We happened to be in the area and our daughter was looking for a bakery. Thanks to the Yelp Army we took there recommendation and gave them a try. First, there was a line just to get into the bakery. Then a slow and impatient wait til we could see all of the impressive creations Nathaniel had to showcase. They carry a variety of premade sandwiches, quiche and salads in addition to a ton of desserts and croissants. Did I mention croissants? Such a diverse range of croissants staff continuously kept replenishing the cases as everyone was ordering them.I placed a few pictures to show the level of skill and quality of the products. We took several to try out and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately no tables or seating is available but they do also serve fresh coffee, which everyone was also ordering.Stopping by this week to pick up more treats for the office. Nathaniel Reid's is legit and must be visited. Give them a try!
This was my first time to visit this establishment, but it will definitely not be my last!!! This place is like a Willy Wonka by Bakeries, soooo many articles to choose. This is now my new place to go for Choc Chip Cookies. The Chicken Salad Sandwich is excellent!! The Croissant was hugely super tender. U can say that they fold tons of butter several times. Customer service was pleasantly very helpful to answer questions I had about each of their numerous articles. Some like the feeling that their prices are a lil' high, but if U take 1 taste see the quality of their products, U will see that it is worth!!! I hope to extend into the Maryland Heights area. This decor is a true treasure will satisfy every sweet tooth. Very cozy authentic interior rich in traditional art. If I had any complaints, it would not be with the facility itself, but with the very narrow parking lot....
