After a while, a parent with a young child inquired about his order, and only then did the staff member behind the counter finally retrieve it from a stack of ready orders. I then stepped away from the designated pickup area to get in line to ask about my online order, and again, she pulled it from the same pile of orders that had already been prepared. I waited for over 10 minutes while my food was ready the whole time. It’s clear that management needs to provide better training for the staff.
The Asian lady took our order, but after a long wait of 40 minutes, she set our order aside and forgot about it until my daughter inquired about our food. All she said was sorry, and it was a large family-sized order.
I had a delicious cheese omelet and a bowl of chili with sourdough toast at this restaurant. It was very satisfying and hit the spot! The food, prices, and pie were all great.
