we have deliberately booked the smörgåsbord at natusch two months in advance! served only on a Friday night, we went on the car Friday 2017. it was booked. the food was wonderfully prepared and prepared. it was a lush buffet with fish dishes. starting with a fish/garnel soup we were already alive... followed by as much as they wanted to taste/eat.
