The food's not bad, but this location is just disgusting. When I went here years ago, it was clean and good. Here, two young kids were taking orders, not washing their hands, then prepared food. For the 15 minutes I was there waiting for my to go order, I saw them sneeze numerous times without covering their mouth while prepping food. They would prep food, stop, touch their phones, then back to prepping food. One guy sneezed into his hands, was about to prep my food, then realized last minute he should wash his hands. He did...for 5 seconds. Another guy was playing with the tub of cheese while chit chatting with another employee. Basically like scooping it with his hand and tossing it around...
I was really excited to try the new old Naugles. It must have been a bad day, because it wasn 't very good. After a 20 minute wait for our food, my husband went asking about it. They had given our order to another person. So, we retrieved our food from them and ate a very cold lunch. I had ordered 2 regular tacos and a small fry. One taco came with cheese as pictured, one didn 't. The fries were stone cold and not very good. Maybe it will be better the next time.
We drove to Naugles Tacos and Burgers at 5:15. Naugle Burger (2 beef patties, 2 slices Monterrey Jack Cheese, salad, white sauce, tomatoes, pickles), Crispy Hard Shell Taco (earth beef, salad, cheese, tomatoes), Chicken Soft Taco, Taco Salad (earth beef, salad, cheese, tomatoes, white sauce) and bean and cheese Burrito. Everything was simple, but really good, the employees were super nice and courteous with questions we had.
I had such a great experience at Naugles! I remember going there with my parents when I was a kid, and it was even better this time. I enjoyed a meal with my family and we were all very happy with our choices. We tried classic dishes like Taco Salad Cups, Tostadas, and Tacos, and everything was delicious, especially with the red and green sauce. It was a fantastic meal for the whole family to enjoy. I visited this restaurant last June in 2018. I am originally from California and grew up eating at places like Pup-N-Taco and Naugles. I used to be a fan of Pup-N-Taco, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything similar. This restaurant reminded me of Naugles, specifically their Bell Beefer. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. I had a great dining experience during my visit.
This was my first visit to this restaurant. They got my order correct and the food was delicious. I would have given them 5 stars if the cashier/food preparer had been wearing her mask (at least one of them was wearing his mask). With another spike on the horizon, I will return, but I will look for a different location.
I absolutely adore Naugles! Whenever I visit Orange County, I make sure to stop by and get two beef burritos and two chicken tacos. The flavors and amount of cheese are unmatched, and they are way better than Del Taco. Thank you for being a loyal fan of Naugles. Can't wait to see you again next time!
Went here back in June last year. Moved out of Cali in 2018. Growing up in So Cal you went to Pup-N-Taco or Naugles. I was a Pup-N-Taco guy but you can't find any of those anymore. This is a Naugles bell beefer. Food was good staff was great. Also picked up some shirts while I was there. Réservez une table maintenant
