My first issue was that there was no patio seating available when I walked into the restaurant, which was at the Westin hotel. On Open Table, only outdoor seating was listed as an option, which was one of the main reasons why we chose to dine there. When I spoke with a waiter and even a manager, they were dismissive and not accommodating. It took us almost 15 minutes to receive service, and it was only after I flagged down a manager who had walked past me multiple times that we were finally attended to. Didn’t know what to expect and we picked this place because we had tickets to the Nutcracker across the street and were pleasantly surprised. This is a hotel bar at the Westin, with limited seating so do make a reservation as the bar was crowded and no seats avail when we arrived. A bit chaotic when we got there as there was none at the hostess desk so we walked up to the bar for our first drinks. Once served we asked about our reservations and Anthony took us to our table and took care of us. Food was delicious and I would return to try more. We had several of their holiday cocktails and they exceeded expectations. Overall enjoyed our dining experience and I would highly recommend it.
We visited this restaurant for appetizers and drinks before attending the symphony. The wait staff was very friendly and seated us in a fun side booth with a great view. We ordered hummus and chicken corn quesadillas, along with two glasses of house Chardonnay. The wine was chilled and tasty, and the quesadillas were served with guacamole and a spicy aioli sauce. Every bite was delightful and the hummus with veggies and warmed pita slices was also delicious. We left feeling full and content, ready to head across the street for a night of music.
Mes amis et moi avons été très impressionnés par ce restaurant. Normalement, un restaurant de l'hôtel dispose de normes élevées pour le service et la qualité. Pas celui-ci! Les employés d'attente étaient polis mais distants pour desservir leurs clients plus intéressés à traîner au bar et à parler entre eux. La nourriture était médiocre; Les pâtes manquaient de saveur et le saumon était sec. La grâce épargnée était le vin et les desserts

When we arrived, we found that the restaurant was part of a hotel lobby. Not a separate area. No one was available to greet us. When we finally caught the attention of a server, and told her we had reservations, she laughed, and said we don't take reservations. Based on the lack of service and the location of the facility, we left.
The food, drinks and service were great. The ambiance would benefit from soft music and dimmed lighting around the tables. It’s a little stark looking by tables. The lighting over the bar is pretty though. Maybe staggering the tables a bit more for privacy would be helpful adding some color.
Highly Recommended- In town for wife's birthday and sporting event, NY steak, Salmon and burger all great. Server was really nice and helpful, pace was relaxed and appropriate. As Westin (Marriott) Titanium, 2 meals were comp'd- that's always appreciated.
