No welcome on arrival, we had to ask three times if someone could take our order. We'd booked for 5.30 to allow time to eat before the Tuesday night football at the Valley. There were only three tables in bar ourselves at this point. It took nearly 1 1/2 hrs to get our mains, all the time the kitchen was prioritising Take Aways for Just Eat customers over restaurant diners. Other people were complaining about the wait around us. We have previously enjoyed several excellent takeout meals from this restaurant, so we decided to visit as a family. Our expectations were exceeded by the fantastic food and friendly family-oriented atmosphere. We were well taken care of by a friendly staff member (unfortunately, we didn't catch his name) who made us feel very welcome and engaged us in great conversation. We typically prefer Asian cuisine, and while some restaurants focus only on spiciness, here we ordered a medium to hot dish which had just the right amount of heat and allowed all the flavors to come through. The takeout from this restaurant was terrible. The food was awful. I ordered chicken tikka masala, a mixed grill, 2 naans, and paneer tikka. The paneer tikka was bland - just 4 blocks of grilled paneer with no spices. The chicken tikka masala was flavorless and greasy. The mixed grill was also bland, with mostly fish. The seekh kebabs tasted of fat. Even the sauces were disgusting. It was a waste of £40. This is definitely not gourmet food.
After waiting for 2 hours for delivery, I tried calling to check on the status but no one picked up. I decided to go to the restaurant in person to see what was happening. I was informed that they never received my order through Uber Eats. After some confusion, they found my order but accused me of providing the wrong name, which was not the case. When I finally got home, the food was cold and the service was not very good.

Absolutely disgusting service. Got a buffet at £18 per person for reheated food packaged rice. Owner of the small man on floor was absolutely rude constantly staring and making me and my friends feel uncomfortable would not recommend this at all
Very impressed with the service and quality of food. Staff were very friendly and Mr Shaff the manager looked after us very well. Food was very good and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely come back here and recommend to everyone.
Took my son here for his birthday and had a lovely meal. There were six of us and service was quick and nothing too much trouble. We took our own wine and they provided glasses. Very relaxed and would highly recommend. Prices really good.
Lovely family meal of 15 for my sons 30th 1st visit for me but will not be the last x excellent service really great friendly staff and fab food highly recommend
