Food is produced locally, inventively and interesting. Beverage and food menus change seasonal, presentation and quality is consistently good. Ability to discuss the preparation with the cook that prepares and learn what their thought processes were, is a real pleasure and the students are happy to chat with customers about their work. Note: This is a workroom, both for kitchen and service, so that occasionally a failure happens. The black shirt waiting personnel are the experienced professionals and will fix any problem as soon as it is brought to their attention.

If you have ever eaten in a hotel/kitchen school, you will know that it would be a positive experience. Students follow all the rules for setting. The supervisory authority shall ensure that the service is excellent. And what comes from the kitchen is super boiled and presented. The food is as good as any 5-star restaurant can offer at a better price. The furnishings and seating are also beautiful and comfortable. Give yourself a treat!

This is a real gourmet restaurant that cooks are culinary students at NECI they put their full energy in fine delicious foods with a classic presentation. The bar below was a great place to visit as well as good for quiet conversations. The atmosphere was very cozy and waits the staff very welcoming. I can't wait to return...

Cutest dining room in Montpelier now. Below hidden gem. Craft beer, cider, cocktails from scratches. Local spirits and wide choice of whisky and bourbon. Chef Adam Noe created menu.
