My family has been eating at this place for the last year and just love the food and people who work there. They...know who you are, what you normally order and offer it all up with a smile and a Hello when you come back to this place. The food is second to no-one in Hamilton. Located on the East Mountain this place is a must try with it's authentic fresh Middle east cuisine. The best Shawarma and falafels in Hamilton!

We order ALL time at work from here. Everybody loves it!! The anticipation that it appears in the office is good......the human languages are hanging out!!! Everything's great! I had the Shawarma-Poutine for the first time tonight and OMG.... Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You make your food before you. The french frits and onion rings can also not be on the menu, everything else seems to be made by hand. Seems like a strange supplement. The place on Rymal is so spectacularly clean. They are very proud of their work.

The french fries on the bottom of the SHAWARMA POUTINE LARGE are mushy, clamped together and taste old. The ones on the top are still okay because of the sauce but there is no sauce on the fries at the bottom.

Just like everyone else said best shawarma in town!! Try their shawarma poutine OK, I reminded myself of it I'm going there again tonight : Don't forget about the shawarma salad delicious and lots of it :

Very bad customer service the lady took order so rude and did not ask right what we need, and the food was not what we expected, do not waste your time and money

So fresh and delicious! Ordered a wrap and shawarma poutine. Everything was freshly tasty. Very recommended.
