It’s literally every man for themselves the minute you step into this place yet my order was taken and placed almost Immediately and it’s the best donuts and coffee I’ve had in a hot minute. With being vegan it’s hard to find some donuts that are old school and not a million dollars and this place absolutely delivers. Heartbroken that I don’t live near here!! Can’t wait to come back someday (tomorrow). Edit: unfortunately have to update my review because the girl that served me today gave me an iced coffee with real milk and I didn’t realize until I already drove off. Had to just throw it out. I made sure it was oat milk before leaving too and she still swore it was good to go. A bummer for...
A friend has been recommending for years and we finally found time to make the drive. It was well worth it...both times. We've only tried the donuts, but they're my favorite donut in Connecticut so far. Their light, fluffy and not greasy yeasted donuts have no overblown decorations or flavor combinations. Very good coffee, too. Highly encourage you to get there! They would be successful anywhere they decide to open a location...in Western Connecticut. *hint* *hint*
The drive was definitely worth the wait! My daughter and I were so warmly welcomed by the staff as we entered to get our sweets for the day. Sometimes the little things make the experience of a newly visited place all that mattered. Take the time to enjoy life! Even if it’s just sitting down trying a donut Will 100% visit again!
