The manager/owner, Arlene, leaves a fairly new employee—who was working very hard—completely alone to manage all online and in-person orders. This led to 35-minute wait times and no proper way to refund customers who left without receiving their food or drinks. Several customers even asked for the owner’s contact number. When I called Arlene, she said she was busy with her other beauty business and that her assistant manager had stepped out, but I later discovered there is no assistant manager. From reading other reviews, it’s clear this business is poorly managed.
As a regular Nékter customer visiting from Arizona, I was expecting my usual fantastic smoothie experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The PB Chocolate smoothie I ordered was ruined by a strange sour cream-like topping instead of the usual peanut butter drizzle. The interior was much messier than any other Nékter I’ve been to, and to make matters worse, the bathroom was inexplicably closed to customers. This location fell far below the quality I’m used to at other Nékter spots. I strongly advise thinking twice before visiting this one.
The Acai bowls are always delicious! I felt bad for the employee working alone behind the counter, handling orders, answering the phone, and preparing bowls and drinks all by herself. They definitely could use some extra staff, as she was clearly overwhelmed. Hopefully, the owners will bring in more help soon to support her.
The wait is long. The chia pudding is strange. The smoothie itself tastes like they use ice or Water to blend it. Extremely diluted. Bowlology has a superior product. I also read the owners nasty responses to someone else's review. That's never a good look no matter who's right. I'm struggling to eat it.

Nekter Juice suffers from being severely understaffed and undertrained. The facility is unclean, and it's obvious that management lacks proper oversight. A friend who worked there revealed that the place is completely corrupt. The menu doesn’t make up for the poor experience.
Overall, it was quite good. The açaí banana berry bowl I had was delicious, and the juice I ordered for my friend afterward was excellent as well. Service was a bit slow since there was only one person working, but they handled everything fairly quickly.
Love this place and the smoothies. But I especially love their smoothie bowls! they are so refreshing and have many different kinds. Whether you want peanut butter or mango! I definitely recommend this place!
Every time I visit Nekter Juice, Micaela provides excellent service. She’s a very friendly lady and is quick too. She makes the best protein shakes!

I like to come here for dragonfruit bowls and smoothies. They're always so refreshing. Staff is friendly and quick and the facilities are clean .
