Extremely disappointed. I had placed an online order for delivery and when I called to check on it the lady who answered the phone said she didn?t think they did deliveries. When you can literally deliver on the app. She then handed me the phone to someone else who said that they will check on it for me and let me know that the DoorDash delivery person is the reason why the order is messed up. But if I wouldn?t have called I would?ve never known. So then I asked OK will I be getting a refund since I never received the drink she said yes sent me an email saying that it should be on my account 1 to 3 days? Try to order online (because there is always at least 15 min in there) and it would leave me?t. I call the store to let them know that it doesn't work and a lady says it?s because she closes at 7 and I can?t order online after 6:30. I told her it was 6:22. She says? That's weird, it should work?. I ask if I can call the order and she says that they are not allowed to take orders by phone. I said, okay, I'm in a hurry and can order?t online, I'm on my way now, can you please take the order for just one bowl? She answers?no, I can call?t, but I can do it for you when you're here.? My daughter visited the state and coveted nectars. We had a long day of shopping and made it shortly before closing. We ordered 2 Açaí Banana Berry bowls. One of the two had a little less than the other. I brought it to the attention of Rosemary, assistant manager at the Southlake site. She recognized and explained how each bowl should be filled. (Man was overcrowded). In any case, this statement was acceptable. But she went beyond and beyond and brought us a little more to the one bowl that had less. She didn't have to. It is this kind of exceptional customer service that we return to this place. Thank you, Rosemary.

I ordered various articles and feared that packaging could not go well. Lately, most articles delivered the door or order online collection has one thing or two always lacks. To my sweet surprise, the staff was efficient, friendly and packed every item carefully. Thank you for being healthy.
